It could have been great if the series could have ended in only 6 or 7 episodes without making it too long. Because the mystery of this show gets over within a maximum of 4 to 5 episodes. As the series progresses, your interest also decreases in this show. And another big issue is that the character development in the series is a bit weak. You will like one or two characters in this series and the rest of the characters are not well-developed at all.
Today, this is one reason why you will not be able to get totally invested in the story of this series. And when you are not emotionally attached to the story of this series, whatever twists and turns come in this story, there are big reveals, and you cannot take any kind of interest in them. And here it doesn't make any kind of emotional impact, that's why it was a bit disappointing. Honestly, I did not find the conversation and interaction between the characters of this series too special. And not only this, but in this series, you will be shown a sub-unending, and this open ending will be liked by some and not liked by others. Man, even after having some issues in this way, I will give weight to this series 7/10 and all I can say is that if you guys like to watch sci-fi mystery thriller drama series. And if you don't have any problem with an open ending then you can watch this series otherwise you can skip this series The Silent Sea.
