First of all, you should know that this series is based on the book series. Now I would have also found that how much material has been taken from that book series in this series. If we compare any other series, then if you liked the Wednesday series, I can tell you that you are going to like the Lockwood and Co series too as like Wednesday series. Because there are a lot of similarities in both these series, if I talk about myself, I have also enjoyed a lot in this series. The world of this series is very interesting. You will get to see the era of the 80s in this series. This is such a fictional London city of the 80s where after a mysterious event, ghosts also started living among humans. And they are visible only to such teenagers who have some special psychic powers. And only those teenagers can hunt these ghosts. An adult human cannot see those ghosts. And if that ghost touches a person, then that person can be killed. If seen, the storyline of this series is quite interesting.
This series will keep you engaged from start to end quite easily and you will start liking its characters from the very first episodes of the Lockwood and Co series. And that's because all three main characters are likable, and the relationship dynamics between them are fun to watch. And you also like the conversations and interactions between these characters are also in the very first episode itself.
And that's all, the story gets a perfect element of a good mystery, and some decently intense and creepy moments are also present. All the time there is one interesting development after another which keeps you hooked to the characters and where and develops your interest in the world and the characters of this series till the end of season one of this series. Because of all these, you will develop an interest in season two of this series from now itself. The performance of the rest of the actors is also very good in this series and the action sequence music album of the series, overall production quality, and production work are all very good.
Weak Points Of The Lockwood And Co Series:
This series has been created for young audiences and families. And this series is not very smartly written or executed.
That's why don't deserve to watch this series with more expectations. Smartness cannot be expected from this series, that is why you will see in this series that some characters have got very heavy plot production and some characters are very light. You will see some characters taking stupid decisions in some places which they should also take. Despite many such things, I found this series enjoyable, that's why I will rate this Lockwood and Co series 8/10. I would suggest you watch Lockwood and Co series.
